Draft for legal review. Written as a starting point and not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Highlighted [brackets] need your details. Remove this notice after review.
Do not include the confidential material in your report. Tell us where it is, not what it says. A link or a description of the page is enough.
What you can report
- Employer, client or customer information, or anything that looks confidential.
- Personal information about you or someone else.
- Content that infringes your copyright or other rights.
- Harassment, threats, hate or other content that breaks the house rules.
- Anything else you think should not be on the site.
How to report
Email cnrdigital2026@gmail.com with the subject "Report". In the members area, a report button will appear on every post and comment once it opens.
Please include:
- The link or location of the content.
- What is wrong with it, in your own words.
- Your name and how to reach you. If you are reporting for an organisation, say which one and your role.
- For copyright: what the original work is, and a statement that you are the owner or act for the owner.
What we do
- Confidential or personal information: we hide the content first and review it afterwards.
- Other reports: we review the content against the house rules and terms, then keep it, edit its formatting, or remove it.
- We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and to decide within 10 business days. Complex cases may take longer.
- We tell the member whose content was removed, and the reason where we can. A member may reply to explain.
- We may suspend or remove members who repeatedly post content that must be removed.
Privacy requests
To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email cnrdigital2026@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". See the privacy policy for your rights.
Not sure whether to report?
Report it. We would rather check something harmless than miss something that matters.
